Darren Criss Is Engaged to Girlfriend Mia Swier
Wedding bells are ringing in Darren Criss’ future.
Darren Criss is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Mia Swier. He announced the engagement on Twitter and Instagram, writing that, “Mia and I have had seven and a half years of fun, wacky, wonderful, CRAZY adventures together. And I’m happy to announce that we’re kicking those adventures up a notch.”
Criss currently stars as Andrew Cunanan, the man who killed Gianni Versace, in American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. The actor/musician finished the announcement stating, “We’re goin for it. To boldly go where neither of us have gone before. Engage.”
Criss recently released his EP, Homework, featuring “I Don’t Mind” and his cover of “I Dreamed A Dream” from Les Miserables. Music videos for all the featured songs on the EP can be found on his official YouTube page.
Swier is a writer/producer working for programs like Saturday Night Live, but is also a musician. Her talents have also extended to some of Criss’ individual projects. His music video, “Computer Games” from Lost Boys Life-EP, was directed and written by Swier.
