Keke Palmer’s Shady Southern Belle Insults
Keke Palmer’s Instagram character, Lady Miss Jacqueline, will leave you laughing at the misfortune of poor Janet.
In case you didn’t know, Keke Palmer, who recently appeared as Gigi on Fox’s Star, is hilarious.
Whether she’s doing impersonations on talk shows or posting That’s The Gag videos to YouTube and Instagram, the Big Boss Entertainment owner, is sure to have you laughing.
In her latest series of skits, #southernbelleinsults, Palmer shows her followers how to serve syrupy sweet shade southern style.
In each video, Palmer, as Lady Miss Jacqueline, reads an offscreen Janet, who clearly doesn’t know they aren’t friends.
In the newest clip, having already insulted Janet’s dead mother, commented on her marital status, and questioned her hair choices, Lady Miss Jacquline is offering Janet employment.
With what seems like a compliment, Palmer’s character tells her imaginary frienemy that only she “could read a biblical drama and make it sound as boring as reciting a lunch menu.”
The shade doesn’t end there, as she continues, “I would love to hire you to read to me before bed. I’ll have my secretary call you. I’m sure the line’s open.”
While we wouldn’t want to be Janet, Palmer’s new series is too funny to miss.
