Tina Knowles-Lawson Shares Heartfelt Birthday Message to Jay-Z
The ‘Empire State of Mind’ rapper got a wonderful message from mother in law, Miss Tina Lawson on his birthday.
After slaying the Global Citizen Festival in South Africa, Miss Tina Knowles-Lawson went on Instagram and sent a sweet birthday lengthy birthday message to Jay-Z for his 49th birthday along with a picture of him backstage at the Global Citizen Festival.
Miss Tina commended Jay-Z’s swag and his artistry. She applauded him for the kind of friend that he is, and revealed on he is still friends and looks out for friends from his childhood.
“A very happy birthday to my amazingly talented, super smart, gracious, classy, filled with swag son in law. I have witnessed your loyalty to all of your friends, some from childhood if only we all could be so supportive of our friends and share a mutual love and respect for each other like you and your amazing friends,” Miss Tina wrote.
She concluded the post by praising how much of a great father and husband that the “Renegade” rapper is to her grandchildren and to daughter, Beyoncé.
“You have done so much for our culture, thank you for that! I could not be more happy to have you in my family and could not be more happy to be in yours. (Gloria and Grandma Hattie you did great) I have watched your grow personally in leaps and bounds you are an incredible husband and the best Father! I love you!” she concluded.
Jay-Z celebrated his birthday in South Africa. In a video shared by South African DJ and musician Black Coffee, you can see the Queen leading the birthday song with friends and a cake.
