Ariana Grande Drops the ‘7 Rings’ Music Video
Not only did we get the song, but she released the music video as well and it surely is a must-see.
First, she introduced her new sound with “thank u, next”, which took social media by storm. Then, she released “imagine”, a song that kind of snuck up on all of us but was still straight fire. Now, Ariana Grande comes at us with “7 rings”, which is basically just her flexin’ but we couldn’t be more proud.
“7 rings” starts off with the familiar tune of “Favorite Things” from Sound of Music, but of course has a spin to it. The chorus is filled with deep beats and catchy lyrics such as, “I see it / I like it / I want it / I got it.”
The music video is much like their outfits, laced in pink, and features all seven of the girls dancing in what looks like a mansion of a house. It’s directed by Hannah Lux Davis, who is no stranger to Grande as she directed a multitude of her music videos such as “Breathin,” “Side to Side,” and of course, “thank u, next.” As of now, it’s the #1 trending video on YouTube.

Grande tweeted out a few hours after the release of the music video. We can only assume that this means she is off to write more music and will be back better than ever with a new dope track. You can watch the music video below.
