Khalid Is Making Major Moves Up to the Release of His New Album

It was just three years ago that Khalid was performing his first gig at a coffee shop.

Now he’s a long way from coffee shop gigs and his headlining a world tour!

The singer recently announced that he will be going on a world wide tour following the release of his new album “Free Spirit”. The album is filled with 17 tracks including a bonus track.

It’ll be dropping Friday, April 5th but before the album release, Khalid will be releasing a short film for his fans.

The film, also titled “Free Spirit”, follows a group of small-town friends on their adventure to get out and see what’s beyond the place that they’re from. Sounds a lot like Khalid’s first album “American Teen”. The film features a few people you may know including Jahking Guillory from Netflix’s “On My Block”.

“Free Spirit” the movie will be released on April 3rd but the gag is… the film will only be showing for one day in select theaters.
