Priyanka Chopra Jonas Gets Deep in New ‘Elle UK’ Issue

In a recent interview and cover shoot with Elle UK, Priyanka Chopra Jonas opened up about love, marriage, destiny, and her old friend and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. In the August 2019 feature, she talked about how marriage is surprisingly different from having a boyfriend.

“When you say your vows, it’s like, this person is my family, and it’s the family I chose. There’s a weird responsibility to them. And a safety that comes from it. We are learning about each other every day,” she said about being married to Nick Jonas.

Priyanka also referred to Meghan Markle as “Megs.” She said she knew that Meghan was destined for “big things,” and went on to say that she believes in a combination of destiny and willpower. The interview gives insight into Priyanka’s profound depth and love of people.
