De’Arra and Ken Are Engaged
The world’s favorite YouTube couple, De’arra and Ken, are getting married!
De’Arra and Ken are a YouTube couple who have been vlogging together since 2014. Their channel is comprised of pranks, challenges, story-times, Q&A’s, and most importantly love. Over the last five years they have built their subscriptions to over five million. While they have videoed engagement pranks in the past, Ken finally made it official and announced their engagement by sharing a video of the experience on their channel.
The fifteen minute video is absolutely heart felt. It begins with Ken discussing the journey their relationship has taken them through. The video proceeds with Ken asking De’Arra’s grandparents for permission to marry their granddaughter. After that we finally get to see the moment we have been waiting for. On a beautiful hill-side in Santorini, Greece, he pops the question. With tears in her eyes, De’Arra accepts, and the warmth of the moment is felt through the screen.
Ken actually proposed to De’Arra on August 19th, however they wanted to prolong telling the world about their exciting news until they were done celebrating privately. They then went to share the news a month later with their fans over the weekend.
