FKA Twigs Releases a Meaningful Music Video for ‘Home With You’

FKA Twigs makes her directorial debut directing her beautiful layered music video, “Home With You.” 

FKA Twigs released another visual to one of her singles for Magdalene, her upcoming studio album. “Home With You” is a song that touches on Twig’s personal life and about difficulties in relationships. The music video highlights superb cinematography, exquisite avant-garde fashion pieces, and lovely choreography Twigs is known to present in her music videos.

In the music video, the video starts in a night club where FKA Twigs and her friends are partying. Soon the video transitions to FKA, leaving her friends and going back to quiet and peacefulness of her home. After going home, she soon wonders and runs to find what looks to be her younger self, possibly referencing that she’s found herself again.

FKA Twigs posted about the release of “Home With You” on Instagram, crediting herself as director and the other crew members of the music video. Twigs also let out surprising news in the caption by announcing a new date for her new album. Instead of the original release date of October 24th, the album will be releasing on Friday, November 8th.
