Work out alongside Chris Hemsworth and other celebrities as they lead you in an at-home workout that is sure to get your blood pumping.

With a lock-down protocol being implemented throughout the world, people are being forced to stay in their homes. But that doesn’t mean they have to give up on their fitness goals.

In April, Chris Hemsworth’s Centr fitness app grew its audience by 300 percent. The app was originally launched to allow users to train at home or the gym from 20 to 40 minutes. Led by world-class trainers, it has a variety of workout programs including HIIT, boxing, yoga, strength training, and MMA. The app offers a flexible plan, appealing to everyone from beginners to those who are more advanced.

To adjust to the closing of gyms and people’s limited supply of personal workout equipment, the app will be releasing a new 6-week at-home body-weight program.

Hemsworth is not the only one advocating for the upkeep of health and fitness during this pandemic: Many other workout influencers are encouraging people to stay motivated during this time, including Jillian Michaels. Jillian Michaels stated “during quarantine, one of the things we can control is self-care, so focusing on fitness and well-being couldn’t be more important. People are overwhelmed and thinking about getting a workout in your living room can seem a bit daunting, but I promise you it’s super simple and can be very effective if done right.”

You can find more of her workouts on her app, Jillian Michaels Fitness.

Happy exercising, everyone.
