Celeste Releases ‘I Can See The Change’ Produced by Finneas Eillish

The music producer, who shot to fame as a producer for global sensation and sister Billie Eilish, has just released a new collaborative single with British- Jamaican artist Celeste called I Can See The Change.

Talking to New Musical Express about the song’s inspiration, Celeste explains “I was feeling flat. I felt disconnected from myself and the world around me so I knew something needed to change”.

She goes on to say that “Ultimately the song is about hope and change but knowing that to obtain this requires effort, patience and conviction”, a message reflected in the lyrics as she sings I can see the change/ Come what may, I won’t regret today/ I can see the change/ Feel the pace of everything.

The track opens with Celeste’s deep tones and is gradually accompanied by orchestral elements, with Finneas providing the background vocals, synthesizer, piano, and bass.

The result is a soulful power ballad sure to leave us belting out the lyrics for days to come.

Celeste is on the road to stardom. Her debut single ‘Stop This Flame‘ climbed to Number 8 on the British iTunes Chart in January and the singer is due to release her self-titled debut album in September.

It also seems she is a favorite of Billie, who features the British singer on her ‘At Home with Apple Music’ playlist (which you can stream on Apple Music).
