MAC’s New Powerglass Plumping Lip Gloss Keeps Lips Gorgeous for Hours
MAC’s new Powerglass Plumping Lip Gloss will change the way you think about lip gloss.

The Lip Gloss formula includes hyaluronic acid, avocado, and coconut oils to prevent lips from drying out. As for plumping the lips, MAC uses ginger, capsicum, and menthol crystals. The gloss comes in six brilliant colors inspired by comic books: Pleased As Punch, a hot pink, Seriously Stoked, a neon orange, and Plump Up The Jam, a cherry red. On the other end of the spectrum is Gee, That’s Swell!, Comic Book Ending, and Can’t Burst This Bubble — hues of subdued pinks, some with sparkles.
“They’re super cooling and tingly, but not in a painful way at all, which I’ve definitely experienced with other plumpers before,” said TZR’s shopping news editor Anna Buckman after trying the product.
Along with the glosses’ release in June, MAC also released seven new setting sprays, each inspired by a different mood such as Calm or Passion. While also keeping your makeup in place for up to 12 hours, the sprays have a fruity and floral scent.
