Saweetie Announces New McDonald’s Collab With ‘The Saweetie Meal’
It appears Saweetie’s infamous concoctions will be making their way to a Mcdonald’s near you with The Saweetie Meal. The Bay Area rapper took to Instagram to make the announcement, letting her Icy Gang know that they can finally witness her peculiar taste with their own taste buds.
Mcdonald’s will be partnering with hip-hop artist Saweetie for its next upcoming celebrity meal collaboration this Summer.
The Saweetie Meal will be her go-to order which includes a Big Mac, four-piece chicken nuggets, medium fries, a medium sprite along with two dipping sauces, Tangy BBQ, and Sweet n Sour sauce renamed as Saweetie and Sour sauce.
The popular franchise encourages icy fans to try the clever combination in four of the rapper’s top favorite concoctions, including fries on top of the Big Mac and/or nuggets, a chicken nugget sandwich, and a fries sandwich between two Big Mac patties.
In addition, McDonald’s implemented the icy queen’s creative style into glamorous new packaging for a limited time only.
According to USA Today, Saweetie said in a statement:
“McDonald’s and I run deep from growing up back in Hayward, California, all through my college days, so I had to bring my icy gang in on my all-time favorites. Depending on the mood I’m in, there are so many ways to enjoy my order.”
Morgan Flatley, McDonald’s Chief Marketing and Digital Customer Experience officer, also expressed how excited the fan-favorite franchise is to be collaborating with the icy queen she said:
“We’re thrilled to team up with Saweetie, a true brand fan who puts her own spin on everything she touches across music, fashion, beauty, and culture. And now she’s brought that spark and creativity to her signature McDonald’s order by celebrating her love for our food and passion for mixing things up.”
