Zendaya Makes a Romantic Birthday Post for Tom Holland

On Wednesday, June 1, Zendaya shared the sweetest message to her boyfriend Tom Holland by making a post on Instagram in honor of his birthday. She posted a black-and-white photo where Zendaya smiles as Holland holds her close to him with a simple caption “Happiest of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest <3.” Fans were surprised that Zendaya, who rarely shares personal posts on her social media, posted a picture of them cuddling. 

Holland responded to Zendaya’s post by commenting three red heart emojis: “❤️❤️❤️.” Not only did he comment but many other celebrities such as Storm Reid, HoYeon Jung, and Halle Bailey celebrated his birthday also by commenting on her post. 

The starlet’s post shook the internet and fans because the couple has never officially confirmed that they are an item. Although the couple attends public events together and are often spotted spending time together, they have not officially acknowledged their relationship.

However, this was not the first time the pair expressed their support for each other online. “My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when your up xxx,” Holland posted on Instagram for Zendaya’s birthday last year. He shared a behind-the-scenes mirror selfie from the Spider-Man set. 

Rumors about Zendaya and Tom Holland’s relationship have been discussed in the media since 2016 when they were shooting Spider-Man: Homecoming. They refused to discuss their alleged relationship for years until July last year when pictures emerged of them kissing in a parked car. With the reveal of the paparazzi photo amid the dating rumors, the pair expressed that they felt “robbed” of their privacy.

Additionally, Tom Holland stated in GQ’s 2021 November issue that, “One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn’t really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world.” Likewise, the Hollywood power couple prefers to keep their relationship private and low-profile.

We cannot wait for the next Spider-Man movie, in which Sony CEO, Tom Rothman stated, they want “that whole group” to be in it, including Tom Holland and Zendaya.
