LL Cool J, Nicki Minaj, and Jack Harlow to Host MTV VMAs
It was announced on August 18 that rappers LL Cool J, Nicki Minaj, and Jack Harlow will emcee and introduce the biggest moments of the night at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. The award show will take place on Sunday, August 28 at The Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
While trying to take a more unique and innovative approach to the traditional hosting gig seen in previous years, the three rappers will be announcing presenters, winners, and the show’s lineup of performers.
Past hosts of the VMAs include singer and rapper Doja Cat in 2021, actress Keke Palmer in 2020, and comedian Sebastian Maniscalo in 2019.
