Nordstrom’s Open Edit Taps Rain Spencer for Their New Working Girl Campaign
Open Edit is putting the working girl first this fall. For its Fall 2026 campaign, the Nordstrom label tapped The Summer I Turned Pretty actress Rain Spencer as the face of their latest collection, marking the brand’s first celebrity campaign.
Aptly dubbed “Working Girl,” the campaign focuses on a wardrobe that works for the modern woman – not the other way around. From morning meetings to evening dinners and the perfectly curated weekend plans, the collection is versatile enough to keep up with her schedule. So yes, your office blazer can absolutely come to happy hour.
With Spencer at the helm in a mid-century home in La Crescenta, California, the campaign puts a fresh spin on modern power dressing.
“Working with Rain Spencer was everything we hoped it would be. She’s the embodiment of the Open Edit woman, confident, hardworking, and effortlessly herself. Rain doesn’t overthink getting dressed; she just gets it right, and that’s exactly the energy we wanted this partnership to capture,” Ashley Hisken, Director of Merchandising, Brand Design & Packaging at Nordstrom, told Glitter.
The wardrobe follows suit, striking that sweet spot between polished and playful – but nowhere near the “Office Siren” trend that only results in a write-up. Instead, think sleek tailoring, strong proportions, layered textures, and plenty of leather. The Fall 2026 collection includes suiting separates in Icon twill and Curator crepe, cozy knits, satin skirts and tops finished with lace trim, faux leather statement pieces, high-heeled boots, accessories, and jewelry.
Because a working-girl wardrobe should do more than just clock in. Open Edit’s Fall 2026 collection is available now online and in Nordstrom stores nationwide.
