Shay Rocked the Red Carpet at the PCA’s!

Shay’s red carpet dress was drop dead gorgeous!Shay strutted down the red carpet in a beautiful and unique black Bartoli Style dress. Her dress was nice and chic in the front, and had an edgy style with a high slit on the side. This dress definitely showed off Shay’s long and fit legs! Shay’s makeup was done by Mary Phillips. Mary gave Shay her signature dark smokey eye look that made her eyes pop. Lastly, Shay’s sleeked back hairstyle was done by @ChrisAppleton1 on Instagram.
