Kaia Gerber Opens up About Boyfriend Jacob Elordi
19-year-old supermodel Kaia Gerber landed her first Vogue cover for the June/July issue, where she detailed what it feels like to love the 23-year-old Euphoria star Jacob Elordi without conditions. The two have been dating for over a year, and in her interview accompanying the cover, she describes what is making their relationship work out so competently.

Kaia explained in her interview, “Being able to be with someone I trust, where we don’t want anything from each other, having a safe, steady relationship like that, has really opened my eyes to the possibilities of love and what it feels like to love without conditions,” she says. “Lust is touching other people or wanting them, but love is really seeing someone.” Rumors of their romance began surfacing in September after they were seen on vacation with Kaia’s parents, Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber.
In her Vogue interview, Kaia also talked about how she splits her time between her parents’ place in Malibu and Elordi’s house in the Hollywood Hills. Through this split time, she is preparing for her role in American Horror Story after Ryan Murphy announced on Instagram that he cast the model for the upcoming series. Luckily, Kaia has Jacob to help her out, who is no stranger to the acting world. Kaia explained, “He’s a great person for me to go to because he’s gone to drama school and has years of experience that I don’t have. So I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m definitely going to be using you as a resource.”
Growing up, Kaia always dreamed of being an actress and talked about her interest in musical theater as she grew up. Her role as a tree in The Wizard of Oz evidently paid off for the model.

Ryan Murphy, the producer of American Horror Story, boasted about Kaia’s audition. “She had one of the best auditions I’ve ever seen,” he said. “I was so surprised that she didn’t call in any favors. You could tell that she’d just worked really hard and really got in the trenches. She wanted a challenge.” Kaia, who always dreamed of being an actress, is finally seeing her childhood dream come true.
