A Look Into Tiffany Haddish’s New Book, I Curse You With Joy
Comedian Tiffany Haddish is on her way to another bestseller with her upcoming book, I Curse You With Joy. The book will be issued on November 29 but is available for preorder now.
The news of the anticipated book came from Amistad, a division under HarperCollins Publishers.

I Curse You With Joy consists of a collection of essays from Haddish that illustrate her journey to becoming the woman she is now, the ups, downs, and everything in between.
The synopsis gives a brief idea of the type of stories that will be present in the biography. It reads, “Stories run the gamut from Tiffany’s viral head-shaving video on Instagram where she found personal blessings right down to her scalp. Her journey as a female stand-up comedian and auditioning for SNL to be the first Black women comedian to host it, and a bittersweet story of reconnecting with her estranged father after 20 years.”

Haddish released her first biography, The Last Black Unicorn, in 2017. This is an anthology of essays ranging from stories from her childhood to her first breakout as a comedian. Her biography became a New York Times Bestseller due to her authentic presence and the ability to give readers a comical experience by hearing her stories.
