In anticipation of the upcoming premiere of Barbie, Ryan Gosling was given his own spotlight and microphone to give some vocals for the film in the song, “I’m Just Ken.”

New music, posters, stills, and trailers for Barbie have dropped week after week in anticipation of the film’s release. Recently, a snippet from the movie revealed Gosling will be performing a song in the movie titled “I’m Just Ken” as the iconic male Barbie figure.

From the song's preview, Ken is seen struggling to catch the attention of Barbie (Margot Robbie) and express his feelings. The ballad reveals how Ken feels about always landing in second place in Barbie's eyes and contemplates his life without Barbie.
