Rare Beauty is Now Cruelty-Free

Rare Beauty

Rare Beauty has officially been deemed fully cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny Program.

Selena Gomez and her makeup brand, Rare Beauty, are officially Leaping Bunny certified. The Leaping Bunny Program requires companies to pledge to end all stages of animal testing for their products. Now you can celebrate with your pooch.

The brand took to Instagram to share the news stating, “We’ve always been cruelty-free, but now it’s official: Rare Beauty is @leapingbunnyprogram certified! We’re celebrating the news with Rare Beauty dog toys, a daily reminder that your four-legged friend is as rare as you are.”

To commemorate the good news, they have launched new dog toys that allow supporters to share their favorite products with their furry friends. The Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara and Soft Pinch Blush in the shade “Happy” are puppy-approved. They have been adapted into squeaky and crinkly toys.

Based on the photos from their website, the toys allow users to take out the wands from the toy tubes of blush and mascara. Both toys retail for $18, a small price to pay for the cutest dog toy you will ever have. The toys are recommended for small to medium-sized dogs up to 25 pounds.

Supporters of the brand are loving the cuteness by taking to social media to express this.

If you’d like to join in the celebration, you can purchase the Soft Pooch Blush or the Pawfect Strokes Mascara dog toys along with any other Rare Beauty products, here.
