Inside Demi Lovato’s New Los Angeles Concert Glam With Loftjet and Beauty Creations
Demi Lovato took the stage at the Kia Forum on her “It’s Not That Deep” tour, where night after night she has wowed the crowd with her exceptional vocals, nostalgic throwbacks, and, of course, her glowing glam. But Lovato’s L.A. show glam wouldn’t have been possible without the help of celebrity makeup artist Loftjet and Beauty Creations.
The makeup artist, who has glammed the likes of Sabrina Carpenter, KATSEYE, Alex Cosani, and Charli xcx, curated a look that felt elevated and beaming under the lights.
For her base, Loftjet “wanted the skin to feel radiant, dimensional, and effortlessly polished with a soft supermodel-inspired glow,” he told us. To achieve that result, he used the Beauty Creations Flawless Stay Matte Foundation for a “perfected but breathable base,” then used the Body Glow Oils for that dewy, radiant finish.
Her sensual, smoky eye is a timeless classic crafted with the brand’s 9-pan magnetic eyeshadow palettes in New Nudes, Give Me Moss, and Denim Blues. Here, the key was to “create a softly diffused smoky eye using rich warm browns, bronzes, and taupes that felt sexy and effortless rather than overly harsh or graphic,” Loftjet explained.
To complete the glowing complexion, Loftjet focused on adding warmth and light in all the right places. “I added warmth and a soft flushed effect using the Flawless Stay Blush Stick, then layered the Final Finish Baked Highlighter across the cheeks and high points of the face to create that glossy candlelit sheen,” he shared.
For the lips, he kept things soft and sculpted with a glossy nude combination that tied the entire look together.
