Despite age slowly creeping up on the musician, he refuses to retire and hits the road with his long-term band for the last tour in hopes of continuing his passion for playing Blues music. Tishler also co-wrote the script with Rob Stone. The story is inspired by Stone’s experience playing harmonica with some of the most well-known and respected Blue’s artists.

Some of his most notable roles were in movies The Dark Knight, Driving Miss Daisy, and The Shawshank Redemption. In the past, Freeman has been awarded an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Woodard is also a beloved household name. She is recognizable for her roles in 12 Years a Slave, Clemency, and Juanita. Woodard has won multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winners.
