New Photos Reveal Ethan Hawke Will Star in ‘Knives Out 2’
Recent photos on the set of Knives Out 2 reveal Ethan Hawke is starring in the murder mystery film. The new photos showed Hawke wearing a white suit and his hair tied back, pointing a gun at Dave Bautista.

Rian Johnson will be serving as director for Knives Out 2. Johnson is known to cast big-name celebrities, and the upcoming mystery film is no exception. So far, Janelle Monae, Jessica Henwick, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson, Edward Norton, Madelyn Cline, and now Ethan Hawke have been confirmed for the sequel. It is unknown who the four-time Oscar nominee will be portraying, but Hawke will be juggling this movie with the Marvel TV show Moon Knight.

Except for Henwick, all of the cast has been a part of the sequel since day one. The first movie had a stellar cast, including the late Christopher Plummer, Jamie Lee Curtis, Chris Evans, Toni Collette, and Ana de Armas. Daniel Craig is the only cast member who is returning for the second film.

The movie’s plot is still unknown as mostly everything about the sequel is being kept under wraps. However, the first movie centered around the murder of author Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer). Detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) investigates his death, and everyone is a suspect. The dysfunctional Thrombey family is the main target of the investigation, and it is up to Blanc to unravel this mystery. Fans of the original film are eager to see how Detective Blanc leads his next investigation.
