Only Murders in the Building is expected to release on August 31, and fans of Gomez are really excited to see her back to acting. Most known for her earlier roles in Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place series, where she played the stumbling but charming Alex Russo and playing Mavis in the Hotel Transylvania movie series, Gomez hasn’t acted since being in the 2019 film The Dead Don’t Die. Gomez has been working on other projects, such as her latest all Spanish EP, Revelación, and a new swimwear line.
