Megan Thee Stallion is set to executive produce Playground, a new dance competition series coming to Hulu on July 26.

The series is based on the famous Los Angeles dance studio of the same name, owned by Robin Antin and Kenny Wormald. Antin is the creator of The Pussycat Dolls. She also created the 2007 reality series Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll.

According to the studio, they have “been the cornerstone of the Los Angeles dance community, setting the stage for esteemed industry talent and fostering diverse artistic expression. It has been a beloved hub for dance enthusiasts, professionals, and artists alike.” They frequently have celebrity visitors shooting “music video shoots, movies, TV shows, dance reality TV shows, concept video shoots, auditions, and commercials.”

While there isn’t much information, photos have already been released, which suggest that Megan Thee Stallion might be a judge.

The rapper has been on a winning streak lately with the release of her self-titled album. The lead single “HISS” made waves earlier this year, igniting a feud between the “Hot Girl Summer” rapper and Nicki Minaj. “HISS” marked the superstar’s first solo rap song to debut at number 1 on the Billboard Global 200. The entrepreneur gave fans a behind-the-scenes view of “HISS” on social media.

Other singles included “Cobra” and “BOA,” which all symbolize a new beginning for the rapper. “Cobra” showed a more vulnerable side to the singer, expressing her struggles with depression and anxiety, especially since the loss of her parents.

While the singles have been catching fans’ attention, “Mamushi” has been getting popular on Tiktok, prompting the rapper to make a dance to the song.

The “Not My Fault” rapper has also been on her “Hot Girl Summer Tour” promoting the new album. The performer has songs from her entire discography so that fans can enjoy all eras of Megan Thee Stallion.

If that wasn’t enough, the Grammy award winner has made a new edition to her Hottie BootCamp just in time for summer. The video is available via the star’s website, where fans can get their workout. The star even released a teaser video, showing a comeback for the series. The video has a 90s feel with the VHS effects and 800 number graphic.

Be sure to check out Playground on Hulu starting July 26.
