Cyrus’s shared her rendition of “Believe” on June 23. The singer has continued to tease her Pride special, titled Miley Cyrus Presents Stand by You, an empowering celebration of the LGBTQ community. Cyrus shared the comment on social media, “Is it even a Pride Special if you don’t play Cher?” Of course, the answer is no, to which she gives a special nod to the song with the hashtag, “#BELIEVE me this show is gonna be everything.” 

Cyrus has been one of the first long-time supporters of the LGBTQ community. Not only does she celebrate Pride Month every June, the singer advocates and celebrates all year long. In fact, Cyrus launched The Happy Hippie Foundation, a non-profit organization focusing on youth homelessness, the LGBTQ community, and other marginalized communities. She founded the organization in 2014, aiming to fight injustice everywhere.

Miley Cyrus Presents Stand by You has an array of country artists coming together to celebrate Pride Month. Cyrus enlisted the help of Brothers Osborne, Mickey Guyton, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, and Orville Peck to help her cover some of the best songs in music history.
