Soman Chainani’s young adult novel follows an educational institution to which young people are taken and trained to become mystical villains and heroes. Fans have been excited for the film adaptation since its announcement, with Sophia Anne Caruso’s starring role igniting particularly strong anticipation.

This new round of legendary cast members has enticed audiences, piquing curiosity about which roles from the book they will be playing.

It’s no wonder that fans are so excited about what’s to come, with cast members like Patti LuPone (Hollywood) and Ben Kingsley (Gandhi) joining an already-stacked list of actors. The film has no exact release date yet, but it will be available to stream on Netflix sometime in 2022.
