Bridgerton Season 3 production is underway, and fans are clueless about what to expect. Bridgerton teased that the season would be different from the chronology of the novel and instead focus on Penelope and Colin’s relationship.

Filming has been confirmed for the Netflix series as creator and cast member Shonda Rhimes shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram. The fun video featured members of the cast around the set. The video presented actors grinning as they held up three fingers to show that season three is on its way to the fans.

The video ends with Luke Newton (Colin) opening Nicola Coughlin’s (Penelope) carriage door. “Bridgerton season three filming has officially begun,” states Penelope. She then asks, “You comin’ in?” Colin replies, “Let’s go!”

Bridgerton is an adaptation of a series of eight novels by Julia Quinn. It portrays matriarch Violet and her eight children of the wealthy Bridgerton family, seeking to find marriage matches within England’s high society. The upcoming season specifically focuses on Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton’s love story.
