Taylor Swift Gifts Six-Figure Bonuses to Her ‘Eras Tour’ Crew
Taylor Swift is drawing attention after gifting six-figure bonuses to “Eras Tour” crew members. The amount is considerably higher than average staff bonuses.
The large bonuses come just days before Swift is set to wrap up the United States leg of her successful “Eras Tour.” Sources confirmed to People that the bonuses total just over $55 million, and have been distributed to each member who has helped bring the tour to life. This includes truckers, dancers, riggers, technicians, caterers, and plenty more. The news quickly followed after TMZ reported that each of Swift’s truckers received a hefty $100,000. This would equate to $5 million distributed amongst fifty of the tour’s truckers.

Although Swift’s gift is incredibly generous, it is not the first time the superstar has shown her hospitality. In fact, the singer has made numerous charitable donations over the past few years. Just this year, Swift made donations to numerous food banks in cities she performed in as part of her “Eras Tour.” In addition, Swift has made donations to organizations for survivors of sexual assault, flood relief efforts, and various GoFundMe goals.
The Grammy-winning singer has been on “The Eras Tour” since mid-March and is set to complete the United States leg of the expansive tour in early August. However, Swift recently announced on Instagram that she will be adding more tour dates. Her highly popular tour will continue in the United States and Canada in October and November of 2024. International Swifities can expect to see the singer commence the international leg of the tour in late August in Mexico City, Mexico.
