At one of the California stops for “It’s All A Blur Tour,” Sunday, August 13, Drake revealed that he and Bad Bunny have a collaboration on the horizon for his upcoming album, FOR ALL THE DOGS.

The Inglewood, California, leg of the tour has been filled with familiar faces so far. SZA was in attendance for the Saturday night date, and Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny, and Kim Kardashian took their seats for the following night. Mid-concert on Sunday night, Drake invited Bad Bunny to join him on stage for a special announcement.

With the arena filled with excitement and anticipation, the rap icon announced, “I wanna tell y’all something, because y’all are L.A. and we love you. It’s been like six years since me and Benito did a song, so we got a song coming for y’all on my album and it’s real.”

Fans who captured the moment on video immediately went to social media to share the exciting news with the public.

Bad Bunny and Drake came together last in 2018 for “Mía,” which was the first time Drake ever sang a song entirely in Spanish. Watch the “Mía” music video below.

The “It’s All A Blur Tour” has been filled with exciting announcements and special guests from the iconic rapper. On the second night of the Boston stem of the tour, Drake brought out Jayson Tatum as a surprise for the Boston Celtics fans in TD Garden. For tour dates outside of the United States, fans can expect different rappers to take the place of 21 Savage’s set. J. Cole took the stage for the two Montreal concerts.

Additionally, the August 13 night revealed that the rapper has decided when he will release FOR ALL THE DOGS. He did not indicate the exact date. The album was first announced alongside his poetry book; Titles Ruin Everything, A Stream of Consciousness, release. Unique QR codes within ads for the book revealed the exciting album announcement.

As fans anticipate FOR ALL THE DOGS and the upcoming Bad Bunny feature, they can also prepare for a Nicki Minaj collaboration.
