On October 2, Carey announced on Instagram that “the defrosting has begun.” Ticket sales will begin on October 6 and will be a 13-stop tour.

Carey will begin her tour on November 15 in Highland, California. She will then travel to Los Angeles, Montreal, Chicago, and more throughout the United States before wrapping up on December 17 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

E! News states fans were ecstatic to hear about her new upcoming tour. “You just made my day, Queen! I’m so excited! See you soon!” Added another, “I’m shaking, I’m physically shaking.” But a third user summed up the sentiment perfectly, writing, “You are an all year around QUEEN.”

Carey has been a holiday staple for many years. She is notorious for her Christmas single, “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which debuted over 29 years ago. She made history by becoming Billboard’s solo artist for holding the highest-charting holiday song on many platforms. Some include the Hot 100, which had the most Spotify streams in just 24 hours. Additionally, she broke the record for most weeks in U.K. singles for top 100 Christmas songs.

As a joke, Carey has also been seen smashing pumpkins to show fans that she does not like other holidays close to Christmas because of her great success with her Christmas music.

Presale tickets on Ticketmaster will begin at 10 A.M. on October 4. However, general sales tickets will start to sell on October 6.
