To celebrate her album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, Shakira recently released two new music videos for her songs “Puntería” and “(Entre Paréntesis).” The Colombian singer also hosted a surprise pop-up concert for fans in Times Square.

Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran came out on March 22. Along with the record’s release, Shakira and Cardi B debuted the official music video for their collaboration, “Puntería.”

In the video, the singers stun in a dream-like landscape. The music video features the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer floating in a bubble, centaurs, and more. Shakira shoots Emily in Paris actor Lucien Laviscount with an arrow before sharing intimate moments with him onscreen. Cardi B also wears a dress made out of hair.

The rapper confessed it was a “dream” to work with Shakira. “I don’t care if she wants me to meow — I’m doing it. I cannot wait. Seriously, that is my dream,” Cardi B explained.

In addition to “Puntería,” the album features many other exciting collaborations, including songs with Karol G, Rauw Alejandro, Fuerzo Regida, Ozuna, and more. One pairing fans were excited to see was the “She Wolf” singer teaming up with Grupo Frontera.

On March 25, the singer put out the music video for their collaboration, “(Entre Paréntesis).” The artists break out into song while working at an auto body shop. The video pays tribute to the regional Mexican music the track draws inspiration from, with Shakira displaying her amazing moves onstage.

To further commemorate the album, the artist also surprised fans on March 26 with a concert in Times Square. Hours before the event, the singer shared on social media, “New York! Come join me in Times Square for a surprise performance at 7:15pm. And you can watch online WORLDWIDE as it happens.” The post contained a link for fans to watch remotely as well.

Over 40,000 fans came out to watch Shakira give an incredible performance. The artist sang songs from the album, including “Puntería,” “Te Felicito,” “TQM,” and “Cómo Dónde y Cuándo.” The singer closed the event by performing her hit, “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.”
