The complete lineup for ACL Fest was announced on May 7. The setlist showcases the artists set to perform at Austin’s beloved fall music festival.

In October, thousands of music enthusiasts will flood the ACL Fest gates and fill Zilker Park.

Moreover, Dua Lipa and Tyler, the Creator, will undoubtedly generate buzz.

But don’t overlook Chris Stapleton, one of the most prominent artists in country music.

Although female artists have headlined stages in the past, this is the first year a woman leads the lineup announcement. International pop star Dua Lipa holds this honor.

Blink-182’s inclusion also stands out as one of the most exciting legacy bookings in years.

Additionally, The presence of Texas talents Leon Bridges and Khruangbin among the headliners highlights the state’s musical talent.

The festival organizers announced that this year’s lineup features over 30 Texas artists.

Covering genres such as pop, country, rock, rap, electronic, soul, and indie, this year’s roster is one of the most sonically diverse in ACL Fest history.

Recent lineups at ACL Fest have tended to spotlight well-known acts like the Foo Fighters, Kendrick Lamar, Mumford and Sons, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Furthermore, these artists have the necessary name recognition and have headlined the festival in recent years.

This year introduces fresh talent to the stage. Dua Lipa is making her ACL Fest debut, while Chris Stapleton is returning for the first time since 2016, where he played only one weekend.

These new additions to the lineup have fans very excited or the upcoming festival.

Staying true to Texas’ roots, country music continues to have a strong presence at ACL Fest this year. Chris Stapleton and Sturgill Simpson will take the lead,

Moreover, Sturgill Simpson‘s appearance is noteworthy because, after producing five albums, he stepped away from music and hasn’t toured for the last three years.

Bringing new genres into the spotlight, rap often underrepresented at ACL, is making strides with bookings like Vince Staples and That Mexican OT.

ACL Fest will be held from October 4-6 and 11-13 at Zilker Park. Tickets went on sale at noon on May 7 through the festival’s website.
