Ariana Grande Is Penn Badgley’s Latest Podcrushed Guest Star

After co-starring with Ariana Grande in “The Boy Is Mine” music video, Penn Badgley invites the pop star onto his podcast in an exclusive two-part conversation.

First, Grande is no stranger when selecting the hottest guests to star in her music video. Just earlier this year she invited actor Evan Peters to star in her “we can’t be friends (wait for your love)” music video. Now, she has enlisted the help of Penn Badgley, most notable for his roles in Gossip Girl and Netflix’s You.

With their immense chemistry in her latest music video (no love potions needed) the duo decided to continue their newest friendship on a different platform: Badgley’s podcast. His podcast, Podcrushed, where guests share their teenage memories ranging from meaningful to mortifying. Badgley also has two co-hosts with him on the podcast, Nava Kavelin and Sophie Ansari.

Second, the brand-new episode will be an exclusive two-part conversation, with the first part releasing June 12. The short snippet teased on their Instagram showcases the singer’s goofy side as she and the actor share several laughs.

Grande has been on a roll this year regarding guest starring on podcasts, as she has also sat down with Zach Sang and Zane Lowe to discuss the success of her latest album eternal sunshine. The latest era in her music career is breaking numerous records and generating all the buzz, with her passion and strong work ethic evident in each project she has produced this year. Let’s not forget to mention she is promoting Wicked while reveling in the success of this new era, reclaiming her title as a true powerhouse in the industry.

Ever since “The Boy Is Mine” music video was released, fans have been ecstatic trying to guess Grande’s latest obsession (and guessing right immediately). Having been a fan of Badgley for years, she taps into an obsessive Catwoman role to win over Badgley a.k.a. Mayor Starling. With cinema-like shots and a happy ending, fans demanded more of the iconic duo.
