The new era just keeps getting louder. Miley Cyrus is teasing that a remix of her single “Bass Persuades” is on the way, and fans do not have long to wait. Sharing a moody, nighttime clip from the passenger seat of a moving car, the star hinted that the fresh version is nearly ready to go, adding yet another layer to the buzzy rollout of her upcoming album.

What Miley Revealed

“Checking the final mixx! BP remixx coming soon,” Cyrus captioned the teaser, confirming the reworked track is in its final stages. The remix of “Bass Persuades” features experimental rock band Model/Actriz and is set to close out the album’s tracklist, giving fans one more reason to count down to release day.

Now performing simply as Miley, the artist has leaned all the way into a bold, synth-driven dance direction for this chapter, and the remix promises to push that sound even further.

Everything to Know About ‘Bass Persuades’

The remix arrives as anticipation for Bass Persuades, Miley’s tenth studio album, reaches a fever pitch. Due out September 18 via Atlantic Records, it marks her first full-length release with the label and follows her 2025 visual album, Something Beautiful. The propulsive title track dropped as the lead single earlier this month, complete with a music video.

Fan excitement is already through the roof: more than 1.2 million people reportedly entered the presale queue for her two upcoming Hollywood Bowl shows on October 16 and 18, despite the pair of dates offering a combined capacity of roughly 35,000 seats. Between the album, the shows, and now a remix on the horizon, Miley’s new era is shaping up to be one of her biggest yet. Are you ready for the “Bass Persuades” remix?
