Richard Quinn, the designer the Queen and Anna Wintour were spotted together at, is the first recipient of the Queen’s award, which shows talent and originality.  The Queen and Anna Wintour reunited at the Richard Quinn runway show just almost a year after Anna Wintour was made a Dame in May of 2017.
