Hey guys, this is probably the most personal post I’ve ever shared. As you know, I’ve been very open about my mental health journey and feel that this is equally important. Years ago I underwent breast enhancement surgery. Prior to the surgery, I constantly felt my body was less than, and thought this change would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself. And for a short period of time…it did. But little by little I began struggling with minor health issues that just were not adding up—food sensitivities as well as gut issues (full story on @frenshe) that I thought could be caused by my implants. So, last winter I decided to undergo implant removal. This journey has been one of growth, self discovery, self acceptance and most importantly self-love. This picture above was taken two months after my explant surgery and I think you can tell just how happy I am to finally be fully me. Over the years I’ve met with many holistic and non-holistic doctors and learned the importance of living a non-toxic life. I’m super excited to share with you what I’ve learned thus far, and would love for you to take this journey with me by following @frenshe, where we take an honest approach to our well-being and openly speak to health, beauty and everything in between. I can’t say I’m the proudest of the choices I made in the past but I don’t regret it because it got me here today. ❤️ Love you all! @frenshe is NOW LIVE!!

In a recent Instagram post, Tisdale introduced her blog by talking about how her breast enhancement surgery resulted in mental health issues. She explains how she thought that her cosmetic surgery would allow her to feel more confident and secure but the result was short term. She then made the decision to get the implants removed, which caused her to finally be happy and be herself.

Welcome to Frenshe!!! ⭐️ I am beyond excited to open up and share a side of me that you guys haven’t seen before: the wellness-loving side that’s been on one a heck of a journey. Over the years I have dealt with minor health issues (gut, food sensitivities, mercury poisoning…) that left me confused and lost, and met with countless holistic and traditional doctors and practitioners in search of answers. ⁣ ⁣ Non-toxic living is SO important to me and I’m so excited to let you in on what I’ve learned so far. For me it’s all about balance and accessibility, and I want this to be a space where we can talk openly about wellness, beauty, and everything in between in a personal and honest way. There are SO many exciting things we have planned for Frenshe that I can’t wait to share with you all, so follow along! This is just the beginning. xo⁣

Tisdale states that she has “learned the importance of living a non-toxic life” and is “super excited to share with you what I’ve learned thus far.” She wants to be upfront and honest so that her experiences can be a lesson for others. She has inspired so many people, especially young girls, with feeling comfortable about talking about mental health and how important it is. She recognizes she has a platform and chooses to create less of a stigma associated with mental health with it.

Everyone is on a different journey and everyone has made mistakes in the past, but it is a part of growing and has led everyone to where they are currently.

Tisdale’s honest approach to mental health will help influence others to live their truth and lead their best life. Be sure to follow @frenshe on Instagram to follow along on Tisdale’s journey. Being open about these topics is such an important step when it comes to having a conversation and living your best life.
