Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Widow’ Tickets and Disney+ Pre-Order Now Available
Marvel Studios’ Black Widow fans can not only choose how they want to see the film—in theaters or at home—they can purchase advance theater tickets or pre-order Premier Access on Disney+.
Produced by Kevin Feige and directed by Cate Shortland, the film is the first in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to Disney+, “Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.” Joining Johansson on-screen is Florence Pugh as Yelena, David Harbour as Alexei or The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz as Melina.
Marvel released a new featurette on June 11 containing exciting behind-the-scenes footage from Black Widow and a special message from cast members Johansson, Florence Pugh, and David Harbour. The action-packed spy thriller launches simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ on July 9, 2021.
On June 11, Marvel Studios also posted the announcement of the upcoming film’s release on Twitter with the caption, “The experience will be worth the wait.”

The film’s release date was initially scheduled for May 1 but changed due to the pandemic. Now, businesses are reopening, and CDC guidelines are changing, so many are returning to theaters. Black Widow is among several films scheduled for release this summer.
To see Marvel Studios’ Black Widow on the big screen, fans can now purchase advance theater tickets through Fandango or wherever tickets are sold. Disney+ subscribers can pre-order Premier Access from June 11-July 8 for a one-time cost of $29.99. After its release date, subscribers with Premier Access can watch the movie as many times as they want with an active Disney+ subscription on a wide range of mobile and connected TV devices—including gaming consoles and smart TVs. Black Widow will be available to all Disney+ subscribers after its theatrical run for no extra cost.
Whether MCU fans choose to watch on the big screen or from the comfort of their home, they can’t wait for the movie’s release. Black Widow fans are sharing their excitement all over social media.
