Netflix Releases Trailer for New Season of Stranger Things
Friends don’t lie, and neither do we when we tell you the trailer for season 4 of Stranger Things is finally here after such a long wait.
After much teasing, Netflix has finally dropped the official trailer for Stranger Things season 4 with the caption, “It’s time. See you on the other side.” However, part of the caption was strategically written upside down.

Different from past seasons, season 4 of this 80s set sci-fi show doesn’t seem to stay in Hawkins, Indiana. Instead, it seems that our favorite characters find themselves in even bigger locations, and some characters will receive powers. It’s safe to say fans can’t handle this overload of content.

The new season will be released in volumes, with the first on May 27 and the second on July 1. Season 4 of Stranger Things is being released after nearly three years since the airing of the third season. According to the Duffer brothers, every episode of this new season will be over an hour long. Moreover, season 4 will be the penultimate with season 5 being the concluding chapter of the hit series.
As sad as this news is, show creators have hinted that this isn’t the end of our time in the upside-down. Spin-offs and sequels could very well be in our future. In a letter to fans, the Duffer brothers revealed, “There are still many more exciting stories to tell within the world of Stranger Things: new mysteries, new adventures, new unexpected heroes. But first, we hope that you stay with us as we finish this tale of a powerful girl named Eleven and her brave friends, of a broken police chief and a ferocious mom, of a small town called Hawkins, and an alternate dimension known only as the Upside Down.”
Overall, this season appears darker than ever, with even greater threats than we’ve seen before. Watch the trailer for season 4 below. In the meantime, all three seasons of Stranger Things are available on Netflix.
