It’s official: a collaboration between musical artists Girl in Red and Sabrina Carpenter is coming. Here’s what you need to know.

Recently, musical artist Girl in Red has taken to socials to release information about her upcoming album, I’M DOING IT AGAIN BABY. Right now, it’s looking like the project will feature a familiar face on one of its lead singles: Sabrina Carpenter. The artist began teasing a collaboration with the “Nonsense” singer on her socials for a song releasing this Friday, March 22, a few days ago.

The picture, posted on her Instagram, features the caption “feature of the year incoming” and includes Carpenter’s hit single “Nonsense.” A day later, the artist released the official announcement of her collaboration with Carpenter, captioning her post “‘You Need Me Now?’ with Sabrina out Friday.”

The post features a short snippet of what fans can expect from the song. In the post, the “Seratonin” singer states, “You know what would be really f*cking cool on this? Sabrina. Like if we can get Sabrina on this, oh my God. That would-like seriously.” Sabrina responds, “Oh my God. You’re so right. I’m gonna sing now”. The clip abruptly ends there, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

Fans of the artists are ecstatic about the partnership, showcasing their excitement on social media.
