Marvel’s ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ – A New Chapter Begins
Marvel Studios has announced an official premiere date for its Daredevil relaunch series, Daredevil: Born Again, which will premiere in March 2025.
Daredevil: Born Again will debut alongside Disney’s other new Marvel series Agatha All Along. This will debut its first two episodes on September 18. Additionally, the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever spin-off series Ironheart, will launch in 2025.

This Marvel adaptation focuses on Daredevil, following the three-season series that debuted in 2015. Specific plot details for the show remain unknown. However, Born Again is set to have Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) facing an old nemesis, Kingpin, who was last seen in the finale of Marvel’s Echo.
Joining Cox as Matt Murdock is Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk. Furthermore, Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) will join the cast. Originally, they were not going to be a part of the new series. Jon Bernthal is also set to reprise his role as The Punisher, along with Wilson Bethel as Bullseye.
Cox has portrayed Daredevil in the Netflix series, as well as in The Defenders, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

The new series has been confirmed to have nine episodes, which is a drop from its originally announced 18 in 2022. Daredevil: Born Again was announced a few years ago, but filming was suspended in 2023 due to the Writers Guild of America and Screen Actors Guild strikes. Eventually, the entirety of the series’s plot and premise was revamped.
Daredevil: Born Again found a new director in Dario Scardapane, who has worked within the Marvel universe as an EP and writer on Netflix’s, The Punisher. Additionally, the series also has a co-directing team of Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead joining the show. They recently directed several episodes of Loki Season 2.
Daredevil: Born Again will premiere in March 2025. While waiting, you can watch seasons 1-3 of Daredevil on Disney+.
