Camila Cabello Releases C,XOXO: Magic City Edition
Camila Cabello has officially released the deluxe edition of her fourth studio album, C,XOXO: Magic City Edition.
Following overwhelming demand from fans, Camila Cabello has dropped the deluxe edition after the original release of C,XOXO on June 28. The “I LUV IT” singer has added four brand new songs to the album, now called the Magic City Edition. She calls the new songs on Magic City ‘’a crucial part of the soul of this album.”

“GODSPEED,” the lead single from the Magic City Edition, was accompanied by a music video upon release. The track produced by El Guincho and Jasper Harris features Cabello wishing an ex farewell. “I wish you well but far away from me,” she sings breathily over a distorted, glitching beat. These lyrics come after weeks of social media speculation that Cabello, Shawn Mendes, and Sabrina Carpenter, were involved in a love triangle.
Despite speculation of who she is singing about, “GODSPEED” and the Magic City Deluxe have been met with praise from fans.
GODSPEED will be a highlight in Camila's career.. the production, the lyrics and the vocals everything is excellent

The “Bam Bam” singer was met with negative pushback from critics in regards to her new era due to the music direction, aesthetic, and fashion, which are different from what we’ve seen from the artist throughout her career.
However, Cabello remains proud of her album despite mixed reviews and sales “A lot of that stuff is so zeitgeist. A lot of it is where it aligns in the political climate and what people need…Everything makes a difference – the weather makes a difference. That stuff is just not in my control, and it also has nothing to do with how good my work is,” Cabello told The Independent in July.
The singer added, “I’m at a place where, if this doesn’t work, I’m not out on the street, so I can experiment.”
