Megan Thee Stallion stuns fans with the reveal of her new album, Megan: Act II.

Just days after announcing her upcoming documentary, In Her Words, Megan Thee Stallion has unveiled yet another project, Megan: Act II.

The poster image of the album shows Megan Thee Stallion spreading her butterfly wings with an open front bodysuit. Surrounded by the words Megan and Act II, she hints to fans in the caption that the album will be released on October 25.

The rapper had recently revealed her documentary, In Her Words, and stated it would be released on October 31. The trailer showcased the hardships the rapper has gone through, from the death of her mother in 2019 to the shooting-involved altercation with rapper Tory Lanez in 2020. She is shown in a sneak peek exclaiming, “I want people to see how this is affecting me. I want people to see how I feel.”

The new album is a deluxe version of her previous album, Megan. The album’s “64,000 first-week sum, streaming activity contributes 47,000 units – equal to 62.3 million official on-demand U.S. streams for the album’s songs,” concluded Billboard. She also collaborated on the album with Yuki Chiba, a Japanese rapper previously known as KOHH. Their song “Mamushi” immediately trended, even earning a viral dance trend by Japanese dancer MONA.

Fans had been told to tune in on October 17 after Megan Thee Stallion posted a picture captioned, "Hotties, REAL HOTTIES, it’s about to be that time again" on social media. Some Hotties predicted Act Two almost immediately, while others simply were excited by the news and acknowledged the artist's work ethic by stating, "You beeen eatinggg all 2024."

The artist will also be celebrating her annual Halloween celebration, Hottieween, in Chicago. Known for her iconic pumpkin-carved pictures in honor of the spooky season, she will also be hosting her yearly Hottieween party as the same day of her documentary release, October 31. The party is set to take place in Chicago, but this year she will be implementing a new system. All funds will be going to The Pete and Thomas Foundation, founded by the rapper herself. The foundation's mission is "to provide resources to effect meaningful and positive change in the lives of women and children, senior citizens, and underserved communities in Houston, TX and across the globe."
