Sabrina Carpenter officially achieved her first top ten spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with her new single. “Espresso” soared to the top of the charts following its release earlier this month.

Carpenter released “Espresso” on April 11. Along with the track, the pop star also put out a music video for fans to enjoy.

With fun, beach-themed vibes accompanying the catchy pop anthem, the song quickly blew up, becoming the singer’s highest-charting single.

On April 22, the song brought Carpenter to new heights as an artist as it reached a spot of number seven on Billboard’s Hot 100 Chart. This is her first track to achieve a top-ten spot.

While “Espresso” went viral online, the rising star’s other work also saw a boost in listeners. Her previous hit, “Feather,” reached a new peak of number twenty-one on the chart as well.

Fans went online to share their excitement for the “Read Your Mind” singer. Many reflected on how far the artist has come.

Carpenter herself even joined in on the commentary. In response to a post announcing the news, she teased, “why was six afraid of 7 cuz 7 ATEEEEE.”

This is not the only major career achievement for the “Vicious” singer this month. She also made her main stage debut at this year’s Coachella music festival.

The vocalist sang the new track live for the very first time at the event in a stunning performance.

During Weekend 2 of the festival, Carpenter alluded to her future aspirations along with giving a nod to her relationship with Saltburn actor Barry Keoghan. Delivering one of her iconic “Nonsense” outros, the pop singer shared, “Man his knees so weak he had to spread mine / He’s drinkin’ my bath water like it’s red wine / Coachella, see you back here when I headline.”

Fans can support Carpenter by streaming her music. They can also watch the music video for “Espresso” below.
