HBO Will Kick off the New Year With ‘Euphoria’ Season 2
It’s official, ladies and gents, the highly anticipated second installment to the HBO drama series, Euphoria will be dropping in January 2022. This past Tuesday, Emmy-award-winning star Zendaya unveiled the thrilling first teaser on her social media accounts.
The second season follows nearly a year after the two special episodes, Part 1: Rue and Part 2: Jules, that dug a bit deeper into the lives of Rue (Zendaya) and Jules (Hunter Schafer).
As the trailer unfolds, It appears Rue becomes more irresponsible as she reverts to her old ways to cope with her breakup with Jules.
Directed by creator Sam Levinson, the returning cast joining Zendaya and Schafer will include Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Maude Apatow, Storm Reid, Eric Dane, Austin Abrams, Javon Walton, Algee Smith, and rising singer Dominic Fike will be making his proper acting debut.

Furthermore, the wildly popular teen drama series was nominated for the TCA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Drama.
