The story of Don’t Worry Darling is set to happen in Victory, a tight-knit desert utopia in California during the 1950s. All the husbands in the town are hired by the top-secret Victory Project, while their wives can enjoy a beautiful and luxurious environment in their community. Everything seems to be perfect, yet the truth is that the prosperous scene is just a façade. As the leading character, Alice (Pugh), finds cracks in her cozy idyllic life, she begins to question what exactly her husband Jack (Styles) and the other men actually do for the Victory Project. The plot will unravel and progressively reveal the community’s hidden wickedness.

Pugh and Styles are clutching each other firmly on the cover of the newly-released motion poster, with their vision suggesting to viewers that they all have secrets in mind. As the motion poster plays, Pugh gradually closes her eyes, comes closer to Styles, and kisses his face sincerely. However, right in this peaceful atmosphere, a thrilling scene suddenly jumps in. A black and white image is inserted into this video, in which a group of women wearing strange suits stands in a line, shaking their rotting faces treacherously.

Viewers who were not prepared for this were frightened by the scene. The poster again raised people’s expectations for the film. Fans ran to Twitter to share their excitement and anticipation for the upcoming thriller.

Fans will be able to find out what more surprises await and what lies behind the Victory Project’s illusion on September 23. Readers can check the film’s official Twitter to view the new motion poster for Don’t Worry Darling. Fans can check out the thriller’s official trailer below.
