On February 22, Lady Gaga joins the Fortnite Festival, part of the game’s Season 2.

Lady Gaga may or may not have known what “fortnight” was in a tweet back in 2019, but in 2024, she is fully aware. The 13-time Grammy award and Academy Award-winning singer and actress is headlining Fortnite Festival Season 2: Unlock Your Talent. There will not be a virtual concert like past ones held for Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, or Travis Scott.

Instead, eight Gaga songs are now available as playable Guitar Hero-like Jam Tracks on a stage inspired by her sixth studio album Chromatica, released in 2020, and its accompanying Chromatica Ball Tour in 2022. Below is a list of the Jam Tracks.

  • Lady Gaga – “Applause”
  • Lady Gaga – “Bloody Mary”
  • Lady Gaga – “Born This Way”
  • Lady Gaga – “The Edge of Glory”
  • Lady Gaga ft. Colby O’Donis – “Just Dance”
  • Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande – “Rain on Me”
  • Lady Gaga – “Stupid Love”
  • Lady Gaga – “Poker Face”

Players can progress through the standard reward track or the Premium Reward Track upgrade in the Unlock Your Talent Festival to unlock collectible instruments, Jam Tracks, and more, IGN reported.

Exclusive track “Poker Face,” the Enigmatic Lady Gaga skin (taking after Gaga’s real-life purple bodysuit designed by Nange Margo), Chromatica-themed instruments, and more are available to players with the Premium Reward Track upgrade, available to purchase for 1,800 V-Bucks.

The Season 2 Festival Pass standard reward track offers its own set of unlockables, such as the Woodworker Drums, three additional Jam Tracks, the Pop Off Aura, and two new emotes, one of which is titled Kindness Punk, referencing Gaga’s “Stupid Love” music video.

A separate tab in the item shop will presumably sell bundles of cosmetic items for the entire season, including a combat-themed Chromatica skin based on Gaga’s outfit worn on the Chromatica album cover, a Chromatica bass and microphone stand, the “Stupid Love” jam track, and the Rain Check emote, paying homage to choreography from the “Rain on Me” music video.

Little Monsters are already enjoying the new Gaga skins and emotes and are tackling Battle Royale mode to show them off, some for the first time.

Season 2 will run from February 22 to April 22 and users can download Fortnite for free on the Epic Games website. Follow Lady Gaga on X and Instagram to keep up with her upcoming projects.
